Braze Mobility to Showcase New BrazeCam™ at Numotion Commercial Growth Summit and Nu-Venture

08/11/2026

Long-standing partner Numotion will demonstrate wheelchair backup camera to clinicians, ATPs and mobility leaders in Denver

TORONTO, Ontario — August 11, 2026 — Braze Mobility, a Toronto-based mobility technology company, will showcase its new BrazeCam™ Backup Camera in Booth 703 at the Numotion Commercial Growth Summit and Nu-Venture, taking place August 13th and 14th in Aurora, Colorado, building on a long-standing relationship between the two companies.

The Summit brings together clinicians, assistive technology professionals (ATPs), regional decision-makers and industry leaders from across Numotion’s network to evaluate mobility technologies, share clinical best practices and explore innovations that can improve outcomes for wheelchair users.

Numotion has been a key U.S. distribution partner for Braze Mobility since 2022, when the companies announced an agreement to make Braze Blind Spot Sensors available to Numotion ATPs and customers across the country. At this year’s Commercial Growth Summit and Nu-Venture, Braze Mobility will build on that relationship by giving attendees a firsthand look at the latest addition to its portfolio: BrazeCam™, a backup camera designed specifically for wheelchair users.

“Numotion has been an important partner in bringing Braze technology to wheelchair users across the United States,” said Dr. Pooja Viswanathan, CEO and Founder of Braze Mobility. “We’re excited to build on that relationship at this year’s Commercial Growth Summit and Nu-Venture by introducing Numotion’s ATPs and team, as well as the general public, to BrazeCam™ and demonstrating how visual and sensor-based technologies can work together to give wheelchair users greater awareness of their surroundings.”

BrazeCam™ addresses a common challenge for wheelchair users: limited awareness of what is behind them when reversing, navigating tight spaces or maneuvering in busy environments. The system provides a live rear-facing view and is designed specifically for wheelchair applications.

BrazeCam™ features an HD resolution screen, flexible mounting options and compatibility with alternative switches. It can be used as a standalone rear-visibility solution or alongside Braze Mobility’s blind spot sensor technology. Together, the technologies provide complementary visual and sensor-based information, giving wheelchair users a more comprehensive view of their surroundings.

The demonstration at the Numotion Commercial Growth Summit will allow ATPs and other mobility professionals to experience BrazeCam™ firsthand and explore how the technology can be incorporated into wheelchair configurations to meet individual client needs.

Already in use by customers in the United States and Canada, BrazeCam™ is commercially available in both countries, with international availability expanding through distribution partners.
